Smart Food Culinary Challenge

Fourteen young chefs from across India will fire up the burners to be crowned the country’s star Smart Food student chef. They will prepare and present dishes made with millets.

Round 1- Each team will prepare 2 main course millet dishes – one simple/traditional dish and one exotic dish  that can be included in a restaurant menu

Round 2-Four finalists will prepare  a beverage and a dessert
